Agreeing to these terms

By using printjoy.pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The service is run by PrintJoy and is intended for people who want printable designs for home, classroom, church and small business use.

Your account

Sign-in is Google only, so your account is tied to that Google identity. Keep it secure as you would any other account. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, including credit spent on generations. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access.

What you may print

Designs downloaded from PrintJoy come with a simple licence:

• Print as much as you need for personal use, your own household, your own classroom, your own team or your own congregation.
• Sell finished printed items in small quantities — for example a batch of favor tags or a set of printed games for a local event — as long as you printed them yourself and the design is not the product being sold on its own.
• Change the wording on any design using our tools and print the result.

What is not allowed:

• Reselling or redistributing the design files themselves, in any format, whether or not you changed the text.
• Uploading our designs or files to a design-sharing site, a template library, or a print-on-demand catalogue where the file is what is being sold.
• Using the designs as part of a competing printable design service.
• Claiming authorship of the artwork, or registering it as a trademark.

The free browser tools

The tools are provided free of charge and as-is. They draw files on your device. Their output depends on your browser, your printer and the paper you load, so we cannot promise that a specific printer will produce an exact result. If something is wrong with a tool, report it and we will fix it.

AI generation and credits

The AI generator draws new artwork from a written prompt and uses credits. Credits are a prepaid balance, not money, and they cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash. A generation that fails on our side is refunded to your balance automatically. Generation results may be imperfect; that is the nature of the tool. You keep the rights to the designs you generate, and you are responsible for making sure your prompt does not ask for someone else's copyrighted character or trademark.

Subscriptions, credits and payment

Paid plans and credit packs are sold through our payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancelling stops the next payment and does not remove credits you have already bought. Refunds follow the refund policy published on this site.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site, do not scrape it at a rate that harms it for other people, and do not use the generator to produce unlawful, harassing or infringing material. We may suspend an account that does.

Our content

The designs, the renderer that draws them, and the text on this site belong to PrintJoy. These terms give you a printing licence, not ownership of the artwork.

Limits of liability

The site is provided without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not liable for indirect losses, for example the cost of reprinting a batch because a printer setting was wrong. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product changes; the date above shows when. If a change is significant we will note it in the changelog. You may stop using the site at any time, and we may close an account that breaks these terms.
